Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance. You will be responsible for 50% of your booked service(s) if cancelation (or rescheduling) is less than 24 hours before your appointment. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to and held exclusively for you. If you are 15+ minutes late, I’ll have to use my discretion on whether continuing the service will be beneficial. If not, it will be deemed as a “no-show” and issued the same fee.
